CALVARY EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH CHOIR
There has been a choir at Calvary since its beginning years. The singers
have
provided musical selections for regular and special services, as well as
participated
in cantatas and other choral events. They have introduced new hymns and
liturgy
and sung during the partaking of communion. Some members have provided
vocal
solos and duets, while others have done instrumental solos or accompanied
hymns
with guitar, trumpet, flute, etc.
The choir generally meets on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:00 during the
months of
September through May (some schedule changes occur during the Lenten
season).
New members (anyone who enjoys singing) are most welcome to join the group
at
any time. Help us Praise the Lord through music!
HEY SINGERS!
Calvary choir will resume rehearsals on Wednesday, September 15, 6-7:00
p.m. in the choir loft
of the church. Anyone that enjoys laughing and singing should plan to
join us! See you then!
